We encourage payment and collect required insurance co-payments at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and VISA.

Please know the details of your insurance policy. Prior approval is frequently needed for surgery, tests or physical therapy. Have your insurance information and card available during your visit and be sure to inform the receptionist of any changes in your coverage.
