Paul M. Gangl, MD.
Dr. Gangl graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University in 1979 and received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1983. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University Hospital of Cincinnati and has been in private practice serving the greater Cincinnati area since 1988. He joined the team at Ohio Valley Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Inc. in 2005.
During his career, Dr. Gangl has served as Chief of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery for Bethesda Hospital. In addition, he has taught orthopaedics for the Bethesda Hospital Family Practice Residency Program and volunteered as team physician for multiple greater Cincinnati area high school sports teams.
Dr. Gangl is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Along with practicing general orthopaedics, his specialty interests include sports medicine/arthroscopy, adult reconstructive surgery, joint replacements and fracture care. |
