Lisa L. Vickers, MD

Dr. Vickers, a native of Cincinnati, graduated from Walnut Hills High School and attended Denison University in Ohio. She received a medical degree with Honors (Alpha Omega Alpha) from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Vickers completed her orthopaedic residency at Case Western in 1996 and then received further post-graduate fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Trauma/Reconstruction at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington . She joined Ohio Valley Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Inc. in 1997.

Dr. Vickers is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Along with practicing general orthopaedics, her special interests include foot and ankle and adult and pediatric fracture management.
