Inclement Weather Policy

In case of snow or other potentially hazardous weather or emergency situations, a decision may be made to close or delay office.  These decisions are made after consulting the National Weather Service, local weather forecasters, and area law enforcement.

As a decision is made, a notice is posted on the Ohio Valley website (www.ohiovalleyortho.com). The office's main phone line (513-985-3700) will be updated with a message to reflect the closing or delay status.

Please contact the office either by phone or via the web before leaving for your appointment to check the status of the office.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
